Service passports & repairs
Repair Logbook is your service passport for the things you own: vehicles, bikes, laptops, tools, furniture, and more. Track repairs, warranty details, maintenance schedules, costs, and photos in one focused timeline you can trust.
Features
Built around service passports, stamps, reminders, and ownership cost, Repair Logbook turns scattered invoices and half-remembered fixes into a structured record you can keep for years.
Create a dedicated passport for each belonging with its category, identifiers, and maintenance profile.
Log every repair or service stamp with notes, dates, and a clear chronology of what happened.
Keep warranty details and upcoming service intervals visible, so nothing important slips by.
Attach fault and service photos to entries for visual context that stays linked to the record.
Record spend over time and review ownership costs to understand what each belonging really takes.
Share a tidy text summary whenever you need to transfer context, prepare a sale, or keep records elsewhere.
About
Repair Logbook is designed for people who actually maintain what they own. Instead of losing receipts, photos, service dates, and warranty notes across apps and folders, you keep the entire service story in one place.
The app is local-first, completely free, and focused on practical record keeping: what was fixed, when it happened, what it cost, and what needs attention next.
Privacy
Repair Logbook is designed around local storage and minimal data exposure. It does not require an account, and it does not include advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
The app stores the information you enter directly on your device, including service passports, repair stamps, notes, costs, interval settings, and profile preferences such as display name and currency symbol.
If you choose to attach photos to a repair entry, the app requests access to your photo library through Apple's system picker. Selected images are copied into the app's local storage on your device.
App data is saved in the app's private on-device storage. A lightweight widget snapshot may also be written to the app group container so Home Screen widgets can reflect your current service status.
The app may load public illustrative images from Unsplash to enrich the interface. Your personal repair records, notes, and attached photos are not uploaded to a backend operated by the app.
Repair Logbook does not require sign-up, does not provide user accounts, and does not include analytics trackers, ad SDKs, or subscription systems.
You can edit or remove your entries inside the app. Resetting the app's local data or deleting the app removes the associated records stored on your device.
